Who is this for?

Mainly women in their 30s in tech startups and scale-ups who feel stuck or want a change. Men are welcome too.

What happens in the free call?

45 minutes online. We look at where you are, what you want, and whether and how I can help. If it fits, you get my honest recommendation for the next step.

Sprint or 8 weeks: which one do I need?

Don't know what you want yet? Start with the sprint. You know your direction and want to get there? Go for the 8 weeks. We decide together.

Do I have to start from zero to change careers?

No. We build on the skills and experience you already have, so you move sideways or up, not back.

What does a career coach for women in tech do?

I help women in tech startups and scale-ups get clear on what they want next and get there: from finding a direction to positioning, CV, LinkedIn, interviews and salary negotiation. Built on my own experience as a startup co-founder and marketing lead.
