Before we talk
Is the coaching confidential?
Yes. What your leader shares in the sessions stays between us. In the optional alignment and feedback calls we talk about goals and progress, not about personal content.
Online or on site? Which language?
Online via Zoom or Google Meet, or in person in Berlin. In English, German or Spanish.
What is leadership transition coaching?
1:1 coaching for people who just stepped into a leadership role, or are about to. Over 3 months we work on their real situations: leading former peers, delegating, giving feedback and making decisions, so they become confident and independent in the role faster.
Do you coach leaders through a merger or PMI?
Yes. I've led teams through post-merger integrations myself. Coaching during a PMI focuses on keeping teams stable, communicating through uncertainty and finding a clear role in the new structure.
Can you coach co-leaders or co-founders?
Yes. Co-leadership is one of my focus topics: how to split responsibilities, communicate as a team of two and make decisions together.
How is this different from a leadership training?
Trainings teach general frameworks to a group. Coaching works 1:1 on the specific challenges your leader faces this week, so it changes behaviour on the job, not just knowledge.
Do you offer leadership coaching in Berlin and in German?
Yes. I'm based in Berlin and coach leaders in startups and scaleups across Germany and Europe, online or in person in Berlin, in German, English or Spanish.
