Sessions 4–8

We work on what's holding you back.

Everyone gets stuck in a different place. After the Sprint we know where that is for you, and that's where we spend the next 5 sessions. For example:

Today I coach people in tech startups and tech companies at every career stage, with 800+ hours of 1:1 coaching.

Before you book

Is Career Reset Coaching a course or a program?

No. It's live 1:1 coaching. There is no curriculum and no fixed modules. Each session is built around what's in front of you that week.

Who is it for?

For women 30+ in tech startups and scale-ups who want to change jobs or direction and want support all the way to the new role. Men are welcome too.

How is it different from the Career Reset Sprint?

Career Reset Coaching includes the Sprint. The first 3 sessions are the Sprint, where you find out what you really want. In the 5 sessions after that we work on whatever is holding you back from making the move.

I already did the sprint. Can I continue?

Yes. You add 5 sessions and the €1,000 you paid for the sprint is fully credited, so you pay €1,500 on top.

How is it different from the group coaching?

Same goal, different format. 1:1 means every session is only about you: your applications, your interviews, your offer. The group is more affordable and you learn with others.

Online or in person? Which language?

Online via Zoom or Google Meet, or in person in Berlin. In English, German or Spanish.

Can I pay in instalments, or can my employer pay?

Yes to both. Payment plans are available at no extra cost, and I can invoice your employer.
